how can i refresh my modem? my modem is siemens.?

Unplug it, wait 3-5 minutes, plug it back in. If you are using a modem that is hooked up to a router then unplug the modem first then the router, wait 3-5 minutes then plug the modem back in...wait for all the lights to steady and then plug in the router.

shut off computer, then unplug modem for about 60 seconds or longer, plug back in, wait for it to light all the way up and then power up computer.. If you have a router too, unplug it as well.

I assume you mean a cable modem.. If you mean internal modem just shut off computer for a couple minutes and then power back up.

Unplug it and wait few seconds. then plug it again.
