How do i enable wireless capability on my Fujitsu Siemens esprimo mobile 5535??

I got a laptop for christmas (Fujitsu Siemens esprimo mobile 5535) but i can't unlock the wireless capability i tried pressing F1 because i read online u just press that but i doesn't work. F1 has a piture of a satelight dish. There's obviously something missing like you have to press ctrl as well but i tried that.... please help if anybody knows!!! i have a wireless internet so all i need is to make my laptop accept wireless signals

it is the F1 button you need to press, but hold down the Fn key (bottom left next to Ctrl) at the same time. This should light up the wireless LED on the front of the laptop- far right. Hope this helps
