why wont my Fujitsu siemens laptop not turn on ?

I was on my laptop last night and it said on it 3 minutes remaining and i stuck the charger in and the laptop went off and when i try to turn it on it wont come on why is this ??

let it charge to 100% the battery indicator should turn green,once charge ,try to start once start go to power saver option, make sure that it not set to battery power only reconfig to use ac and battery power
