my webcam isnt working on my fujitsu siemens laptop!!!?

i have a fujitsu siemens laptop with a built in webcam and microphone. they both used to work fine but now when i turn the laptop on , the power light comes on and then turns back off again. then when i try and get the webcam up it says there is no webcam connected WHEN ITS BUILT IN!!!!! but my microphone is working perfectly... some one help me if you know what is up!!!!!
