...I able it again? She hasn't locked it, she's put a code on and forgot it, then entered the wrong code more than three times, which as obviously disabled it.. Is there like a puk code or something I could used to sort it or can I just reset the phone? All it does is turn on and thats it.. I can't get to any other menu.Thanks all...It isn't asking for a PUK code as the sim isn't locked, it's the actual phone, It just says.. "PHONE DISABLED! PHONECODE" ..Am I able to just reset the phone?

The screen should ask for a PUK code which you would have to get from Vodafone customer services. If the phone is registered to your daughter then she would need to call them as they don't offer out PUK codes to an unregistered user.

you are going to have to phone vodaphone to get a number to put into the phone this should then sort out the problem i hope this helps you
