In the menu somewhere probably under a section called 'connectivity', find the bluetooth menu and get to the point where it's just about to begin searching.Then there should be a button on your headset (the on/off button)- Hold it down and it should flash or make a noise or something to let you know its in 'find me' modethen search on your phone for the device, hopefully it will find it- it might have a name like 'headset' or somethingchoose to 'pair' or 'sync' with the deviceif it asks for a 'password' or 'security code' put: 0000.
