All right this is a good question...I know that this is an at&t supported phone so if your service is thru them you should call 1-801-1101. They can do what is called an out of warranty exchange for the phone with 115.00 processing fee. Also if you have insurance thru them you could call 1-888-562-8662 and get another phone and another one year warranty thru them. Also what you could do is while the phone is turned on take the back off of it and then the batt. Leave the batt off for at least 30 seconds and then replace...this is called a 'soft' reset. You may have to repeat this process several times but it may bring your screen back. Your best bet is probably to get another phone if the reset does not work. Goodluck with your phone.
