My younger brother has just got this phone for his birthday.... He has typed in a code and forgotten it and has locked it!!!Anyone know how the hell to unlock it - he is only 12 and a bit dim!! ( its a birthday prezzy and he is devastated!! )

depends what sort of code it is - sim code or phone lock code - if its a sim one, you can just get a puk code but if its a phone lock code, you are in trouble

Yeh you can ring the network and find out...if hes with t-mobile...he can register online and they can send it to him..or you could do that for him...he just needs the code to unlock it which is usually the PUK code.. if he still has the box for the phone it will actually be in there...its those stickers with all the barcodes on it.

if you fone up your network provider they can unlock it for you its easy to do ive done it myself on a new fone they just need the make & model (+sim & imei numbers these can be found on the inside of the fone under the battery) then they give you a PUK code to type into the fone which unlocks ithope this helps
