i have sony ericsson k580i plz read the rest?

i can uploads pics from my camera album on memory card, but when i try uploading my pics i was sent on an sms and saved in my pics folder it wont upload, also i cant move the pics to camera folder! its so annoying as i really wnt to get the pics on pc to upload to facebook. can any1 help plz?
