How Do I delete the preloaded songs on my Sony Ericsson W580i?

I just bought the Sony Ericsson W580i and it has all these garbage songs and tunes on it that I dont want at all, they just clutter up my folders and was wondering how I can delete them, the delete option on these files is grayed out.
