you got to have the proprietory usb cable from sony to do thisassuming u already have this, when you plug the cable in, you should get an exra drive appear in "My Computer".you should be able to navigate through the new drive to a folder called video/Moviewhen you find the vids, copy and paste them to your laptop's hard drive
