I have a sony ericsson w800i which was previously on contract and is unlocked to t-mobile, i was wondering if i could use a t-mobile PAYG sim in it. (i started a new contract and got to keep this phone thats why i want to know if i could do this).

yeah you should be able to used a t-mobile payg sim card in the phone, if u get it unlocked to any network then you will be able to put any payg sim card in

I think you can put this PAYG sim into your phone, if the phone is truly unlocked. When a phone is unlocked that means any network simcard to be used within it, rather than having the network restriction which a locked phone has.This will work unless the company providing the PAYG sim card checks the phone model upon connection.
