I have had my phone for around 5 months and only occasionally has it crashed. Now though as from this morning i cannot send or recieve text messages, i can't even look at my messages without getting the message 'Operation Failed'. Everything else is fine with the phone.Is the phone nackered and will o2 replace it? I will call tomorrow but any help will be much appretiated.Thanks in advance!Thats what i was thinkin Ryan but does that delete all music and pics? Or just the phone memory? Might just phone them while i'm doing it so i don't do damage lol

this happened to my k850i. The first time it happened i rang up orange and they said to master reset the phone and if it happened again they would replace the phone. So i reset it and it hasnt happened again.

doesnt ur fone come with a memory card mine did n thats where my music pics etc where so i saved that when i reset the phone
