I want to reset my Sony Ericsson k800i phone. But cant do it from master reset

on phone.? Does anyone know of a prog i can download to wipe my fone back to factory settings? preferably a free one,many thanks.

the software should be on the Sony Ericsson's website and it is free to download plug you phone into the computer and transfer it you phone that should work.

go to your nearest 'network' shop and ask them to do it for you.
