Does anyone know how I can get my Sony Ericsson phone to sync up with my computer?

I use Linux, and when I have to I use Windows 98 SE. The phone doesn't seem compatible with either of these 2 Operating Systems... is that true? If so, is there any other way to get songs onto the M2 memory card? (I mean what are Mac users supposed to do, too?) I do not have a newer version of Windows, and it's not an option so please don't say it. Thanks in advance.

install and attach bluetooth or infra device with your computer and then activate your mobile's any of above connectivity then start sync. its just like that! or you can call me at 00923012134335
