cant get into my games on phones, it says operation failed, so done a master reset, hoping to get them back, it failed and i also lost my prepay internet setting, can i get it back, i miss not being able to go on internet with phone when i am out and abouti applied for internet settings to be sent to me, but its the bit in connectivity and interntet settings, i used to have a choice of four, now i only have 3 and none of these get me on the internet
