i have a sony ericsson w850i. I want to use the internet but i'm clueless bout all

info download,? Nothing makes it just easy to get into internet and my e mail accounts. tried following instructions but it kept not finishing off. Can't just go into my e mails. Can I take it to a shop to set up? Who?
