A hard reset first. If it still didn't work try updating the firmware. This will clear all data and software on your phone including the original firmware (ROM) and installs the new one. It's like formatting your hard drive and istalling windows from scratch. The virus will be gone. Plus new firmware usually means less bugs and security holes. You will need sony ericsson update service software to update the firmware. (downloadable from their website sonyericsson.com)P.S: It's a good idea to sync your contacts/calendar/etc with outlook before installing the new firmware. For this you'll need sony ericsson PC suite which is probably included in the CD that came with your phone and downloadable from sony ericsson website. DO NOT use backup because then the virus may be backed up too. Just sync the contacts/calendar with outlook.
