Mobile phone - Sony ericsson K850i screen symbol question?

I've tried looking in the user guide and the handset support page on website, but nothing seems to help.What does the symbol that appears with a picture of a person with an arrow kinda pointing down mean?I thought it may have been missed call or something, but it isnt...This symbol appears in the top part of the screen, next to 3G and the signal status. (its on Orange network if that helps)

Try this dial *#002# and press send this will cancel all the diverts in your phone usually this removes the symbol
