How to stream dvd content via bluetooth or wifi from pc to mobile symbian phone 3rd

edition? I want to have my computer playing a DVD and at the same time, to be able and watch and hear the content to my Nokia N95 Symbian 3rd edition phone.I know that there is a device for this called slingbox, but I wanted to know if it is possible to achieve this without buying extra hardware.Thank you in advance
