i have a china handset, which is symbian based, but don't support j2me...

...enviornment.so can i install windows in my china handset does not support j2me so i want to format eyerythung in it and install windows on it... is this possible..... anyone knowing about me plz.. ans me.. and also tell me from which site or from where can i get the software for it........
