Whos the white guy at the end of the new T-mobile commercial?

Im just curious...itst he T-mobile commercial with Jermaine Dupri and jadakiss(i think) its playing rap music and is obviously trying to appeal to a more "urban" audience. But then at the end of the commercial theres a skinny little white guy whos wearing eye makeup and kinda looks like a chick. Is he someone famous or something? Why is he in the commercial?... he doesnt seem to fit in
