sudden my bill is 500.00 ? so what is the outcome to leave this contract ?its a 2 year contract

Most likely its the early termination fee. They are expensive enough for you to think twice before changing service. They usually tell you how much they will charge if you want to bail when you first sign that contract.

Depends if you signed a two year contract or what kind of contract you have? First find that out then find out why your bill was $500. If you just told them you wanted to cancel and you had a two year contract then there usually is a 200-300 fee in doing so. Call customer service and see what's going on

Read your contract. If you cancel early, there's an early termination fee. If you don't pay, they will charge it off and sell the debt to a collection agency.
