You will need to call T-Mobile for the unlock code.

Try these combos___ 1234 or the last four of the phone number, or the last four of your S.Security Number. Or all zeros___ 0000 That should do it. If not go to a Tmobile store and they can unlock it for you. You can also do it over the phone with a rep.
