T-Mobile experts...pls?

What fraction of a minute does T-Mobile use to charge you for a full minute?Example: If i talked for 00:03 (3 seconds) would they round it up to one minute, or do they always round up all calls to one whole minute? Just a little question I wondered about.

Probably if it's over 30 seconds, because that sounds pretty resonable to me...

They always round it to a minute so if the call connected but then you hang up, you just wasted a minute.

In fact, it is estimated that US wireless companies charge around 100 million minutes a day to customers due to rounding.Some pre-paid wireless plans and long-distance plans due offer partial minute billing. However, T-Mobile does not.Thanks!
