T-Mobile Sidekick 3 internet cost!!??

People have been saying that the internet for the sk3 is $20 but if you go to the t-mobile website you will find the price to be listed as $30. Why is this? Is it only $20 when you just sign up...or maybe calling t-mobile and asking then to add it on?? Please help I really want the internet but I only get $40 a month (i have to use that to pay for internet also) and I have to use some $ for school so I really don't want to pay more then I have to. Also like now around Christmas do the have discounts on plans?? Thnkx SOOO much!!
