T-mobile prepaid and non-prepaid?

Can a prepaid T-mobile customer call a non-prepaid customer for free. Like with Cingular if you are prepaid and you have friend who isn't call each otherdoesn't take away your minutes(prepaid) if they call you since you share the same network.

same goes for t-mobile as far as anything that I've heard because again it is on the same network

Definetly not! minutes are taken any time we call anyone even a non prepaid tmobile customer which sucks
