Default Aaaargh! T-Mobile activation!! What's wrong? :(?

Well, on Wednesday, I changed my plan from pre-paid to a FamilyTime (monthly) plan. They told me they'd send a text message when it was activated and that it would take 24-72 hours. It's been a LOT longer than 72 hours now. :/ Actually more than 120 hours.. Is this normal?

Well if u ported your pre-paid number over and it still hasn't gone through u should customer care asap to see whats going on. Did you get a flex pay family plan??? That can also make a difference. But no it shouldn't take this long.

Call Customer Service. There maybe something "gummed up" in the works that needs a human's attention to get it working.I've been with t-mobile for years and they have been great in my experience.

I think T-Mobile is great and if your having problems, it may be with your sim card. It's my understanding that the sim card is different for each type of service and you went from pre-paid to a regular plan. You might have to go to a T-Mobile store and get a new sim card. They should give you a free one for this. T-Mobile is one of the better ones for service and they are GSM based, the most common service type in the world. The website below explains the different service types really well.
