Question About T-Mobile Wing?

I got the Phone and its one of the greatest phones I have had. But I also used to have the mda, and when I recieved pictures they were big pictures. But With the Wing its always a small picture I recieve. Is there a way that I can fix this so I can recieve the actual photo size? ANd Also for the Today Screen, Can I get it so the pictures aren't tiled for the background photo? Thanks
