Default Having problems activating my Telus phone?

I just purchased a new BlackBerry (Pearl 8130) and had the store activate it for me. When I try to call numbers, it tells me I have not yet activated my phone, but when I try to activate it online it says that it has already been activated. Any ideas?Thanks!
