Which is way better and more reliable? Shaw or Telus.?

My grandma is thinking of switching from Telus (phone and internet) and Bell (TV) to Shaw (Internet, phone and TV). Which is more reliable for all 3 services (Internet, phone and TV)

Telus is not good for phones OR internet..So id say go for Shaw

Shaw provided pretty decent service in Edmonton. I "overlooked" my internet bill for months and still retained my access. Boo yeah.
