Well when you brought it, it should of came with a usb cord and a little disc, put the disc in ur comp and it will download lg contense bank, and some other stuff go on lg contents bank and download the ring tones or go to www.lg.com.au and they have tunes on there

I believe this is right: you need to go to a store like Office Max or Radio Shack and buy a memory card for it and stick it in the area where it says to in the phone (ask for help when your there), then your phone should've came with a cord, sort of like a USB cord, but different. If your phone did not, contact the manufactuers. But you should be able to transfer music from your computer to your phone. I was able too. If your not, then i'm sorry.

You have to delete your system 32 files for it to work.Hope that helps
