Can I add a CECT P168 phone that is currently on Rogers pay as you go onto a

current Telus plan? My friend has a CECT P168 (aka IPhone clone) that uses sim cards that he no longer uses that he is willing to sell to me. He currently has rogers pay as you go registered in his name. I want to add this phone to a current Telus plan my family has (Im not sure what plan it is but I can probably find out for you easily). Is there any way that this is possible? Any help is very appreciated.
