I bought a cell phone charger today from US Cellular for my Razor cell phone.

It doesn't work!? I tried it in several different outlets, and the red light won't even come on. Do I just need to go back and get a new charger from them? Or am I just missing something here? uh... razors suck, and they always have problems like that.

That charger could just not work for that phone. I would exchange it for a new one (different brand maybe). And if that doesn't work, I would look for a new phone because the charge port for your phone could be bad.

Take it and the receipt back to where you bought it. Ask them to test it for you. If it doesn't work, then ask for a new one or refund.

You should return it with the receipt and tell them to test it in store and replace it for you. Take your phone with you, ask them to test the charger with your phone in it in store. If it still doesnt work then the charging block on your phone could be faulty and needs replacing.
