Miller Lite Party Deck at US Cellular Field in Chicago?

I won tickets to the Miller Lite Party Deck at US Cellular Field for this Friday's game. I am super excited that I won, but I have no idea what the party deck is. I can't find info on the website, has anyone ever been there before? I was just wondering if it was anything special, or is more like the fan deck they have. Thanks!

it's ground level on the right field side, it's like a bar
