...CELLULAR AGENT.Should i take it? First I live in the wisconsin/illinois area. Heres a quick summary of my current job. I work at a US CELLULAR AGENT not Corporate. I've been with the company for 2 yrs now. Currently i make $9 an hr plus commission.My commission is as follows..$10.75 per phone, 15% accessories, 50% on easyedge data service and 50% on features. I usually gross $1300-$1500 every 2 weeks with hrly and commission. Now I just got offered a job at a Corporate Sprint Store. Its 15 miles further away so that means more gas money out of my pocket! The guy said ill be making $10.50-$11.25 an hr plus commission! Now so far so good, but then i hear their commission structure! I guess their changing it in july where 40% of your commission is based off of customer service/surveys (kinda weird).He also said 25% of the comission is from phone sales and i would only get 5% off of accessories...So my question is..does anyone work for sprint that can help me decide on what to do? Dont want to make a wrong decision!
