question about us cellular? Please Help!?

can you get a new phone and keep your same plan if your 2-year contract didn't end yet. because i want a new phone and i'm keeping my plan but adding texting but i don't know if that is allowed... is the two year contract about the plan and not the phone? like can i get a new phone w/o changing my plan BEFORE my contract ends? all i wanna do is change out my phone! has anyone ever done this or know about this! any help would be much appreciated!! thanks! =]

you can get a new phone, but you will have to pay the full price for it. you won't get the discounted price like if you were to be ready for a new 2-year contract. The two year contract is just about the plan. it just says that you'll be with the company (us cellular) for 2 years. If you want a different contract you'll have to pay a cancelling fee. But just to add txting should be no problem.
