Can i get the new iphone with US Cellular?

You can read online how to unlock a phone to make it work on other networks. But no, US Cell doesn't offer it, ATT has a contract with Apple that is supposedly 5 years for exclusivity in the US.

The new iPhone is subsidized to AT&T, so no, you cannot use it on any other cellular network.
