does it cost ten cents per text for us cellular if i dont have unlimited texting included in my plan??

yea for any plan it cost .10 for each txt. in and out. (but if u get a txt message and you dont open it and just delete it without lookin at it it doesnt cost. im like the cell phone queen. lol
