Will it cost extra to send Video messages with US cellular?

I attempted to send a message with a vid attached a few times but i was not able to send due to a file issue. Would it cost extra if I wasnt even able to get the message to the other person.

yeah it costs about 100 dollars each i send 10 and i got a bill for a 1000 dollars
