...been 3 weeks and i aint been? able to make or get calls entire time ive called them like 5 times and they tell me theres no service here which i know is crap cause my phone has a full signal bar but is roaming this is bout the 3rd largest city in missouri springfield. so when i asked to have a new phone number for this area they gave me one for a town 300 miles away i told them area code was wrong and they just reset me back to my old number so i paid for a month service i couldnt use my phone and am getting run around about changing my number to new area any suggestions

Ask the company for a refund, or sell your phone on ebay or craigslist to someone in your old home town, and buy a new phone from the company that serves your town.
