Verizon Wireless help with my LG Chocolate?

I wanted this phone more then anything but I come to relies that its crap... I just got a new one after my old phone kept freezing and now the one I now have some since buttons don't work like the clear and the key on top of that one. I am calling them tomorrow to see id I can get a totally differnt phone. Has anyone had any luck with exchanging theirs after it has been acting up.It has only been a few months since I got this phone...

havent exchanged my phone. had the chocolate for a few months now and its working great. maybe ou could talk to the store you got it at and see if they can do anything for you since youve returned it already

Did you get the insurance pkg? If so then you can pay $50 and they will ship you out another phone. If you have only had it less than 90 days they will exchange it. Hope that helps. I had the chocolate too and I got rid of it numbers way to small try to type one number and you hit like 2-3 others. Hope that helps
