I have the New Chocolate and just got the music essentials kit. Every time I sync it, it says that connection failed. I talked to a Verizon tech for an hour.... got the repair software... tried every single thing.... any help??? Thanks a ton!!!!!

ahh i have the chocolate. . . tried changin phones. can't tell freakin next december. that's what stinks about verizon gotta wait a whole 2 years for the stupid contract to get up to get a new phone : /the up side about my phone tho is that it's PINK : D
