On my new Verizon LG Venus, I have something called "Get It Now" in the menu. If I press it, will it automatically charge me money? And if I enter "Get It Now" and not buy anything, will it charge me money on the monthly bill? I'm just scared since I don't want to pay outrageous fees on my phone bill.

I would take it in to the verizon store and have them take a look at it you shouldnt be charged for that

Not on my phone I can go on it and preview songs and I wont get charged.

Yes, you will get charged for Data usage for accessing the Get It Now service even if you don't buy anything. If you want to avoid extra charges for downloads then just do it on the Verizon website. It's easy to register your account and then you can search for games and ringtones from there.
