Laws vary state by state, but in MOST states you have 30 days unconditional option to exchange the product so I believe you should be ok. There may be a cost difference you'll have to contend with, but Verizon is generally cool about things. Here's my MAIN advice... if you DON'T get the response you want from the store, then immediately call Verizon and ask to be transferred to the "customer retention" dept.Be specific about this dept. and don't tell your story to some newbie that asks, "Can I help with something?". Get that dept. These folks job is to retain customer so you don't go to another carrier and they have power and ability to do things most other employees DON'T. Explain your situation and tell them you'd love to remain a customer, but if you can't get what you want and what makes you happy then you just may "port" your numbers and go to another carrier.Best wishes.
