Absolutely. You might want to do this if your newer, better phone were broken, for example. It's free if you already have Verizon service. Just call Verizon's customer service and ask them to activate the phone for you. You will need to give them some numbers that are particular to the phone. These will likely be under the battery.

Yes. The activation cost is $25, I think. It might only be $20, but I'm pretty sure its 25.

Hello : )Well when I lost my phone, I use one of my friends old ones and had them reactivated the old one for me too use for no charge. So hopefully you can do the same

I have t-mobile, but if you have the phone and sim card, you can really put the card into any phone you havebut if your phone is totally shut off, I'm assuming there's a fee
