I was having problems with the parental control sign in window popping up all the time. So I decided to uninstall it. I t would not uninstall completely so I had to manually go into the files and delete all the files. I now have no parental controls and also deleted yahoo antivirus program. Now I cannot reinstall the security software or parental controls. The program tells me it's installing but noting happens. Also when I go to download it tells me I have the latest version of the security software already installed. Any idea how to fix this. I’m not to computer savvy.
