You found someone else's Chocolate, like one that someone lost? You won't be able to get anything for it because once the owner reports it missing, it will be black listed by Verizon and can never be activated again. You might be able to sell the battery for like $5, but that's really about it. You should just bring it to a Verizon store and give it to them; it is of no use to you or anyone else.And actually yes, if you legitimately own it, you can get prepaid on it. There is no difference between Verizon's prepaid and contract network and the phones are completely interchangeable. Just bring it to a Verizon retailer and tell them you want prepaid service on it and they can set it up for you.
