Which is better ISP? Verizon or at&t?

I would like to subscribe an ISP.I see many ISPs.Which one is better? Can you help me to recommend?I live in Los Angeles. . . Note : User Experience is top priority.Testimonial is permitted. . .

If you are going with DSL you will definitely want to look into Verizon FiOS. It offers fiber optics all the way to your home. The key is if it is available in your area. From what I have heard, and this is the industry i'm in, there is a better customer experience with Verizon. Not to knock at&t's service at all.If you are on the fence, you may want to check out Verizon's online only plans that include the 1st month free.
