my girlfriend has a phone with verizon wireless and since a couple of weeks ago she has not gotten service anywhere and has not been able to receive callsanyone know why this happensand what would be the best number to call from southern californiathank you ahead of time for your responseswere gonna call the company when she gets home from work today but i was mainly wondering how this can happenthese phones dont use sim cards and i jsut dont know how hers can just stop getting signalshes in a family plan and everyone else on the plan has reception

it could be something wrong with the phone. Have you tried turning off the phone and then back on? Cuz i had the same problem with my verizon phone and once i turned it off and on, it worked again. if not then call the company and see what they can do about it. hope it help =)
